Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

We are authorized to sell all products advertised in our website therefore, the manufacturer or supplier will stand behind any provided warranties. All merchandise and goods offered at our website are brand new or fresh in case of food.

We make every effort to effectively package items for protection against damage during shipping. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged you must notify us immediately so that we can arrange for the shipping company to inspect the package. Once we receive confirmation of the damage from the shipping company we will promptly send you a replacement item and arrange for pick-up of the damaged item.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from LebanonMart.com, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund less any shipping charges. Consumable items such as food, coffee, etc. are non-returnable. The following conditions must be met to obtain a refund:

- Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Returned item must include all original accessories, manuals, videos, warranty card, etc.
- Customer must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from LebanonMart.com or the package will not be accepted. Simply e-mail us your request
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and tracking are recommended, as we are not responsible for the returned item until it actually arrives at our premises.
